Fairly nice, but with issues Positive: The apartment is located in a block part of a residential area, Coresi neighbourhood, which is well kept, close to the city center, a mall, the train station, so all in all good value for money in this respect. The block is modern, from the entrance to the elevator, hallways, the door code system is easy and handy, we had no issues in this respect. Bed is comfortable, pillows a bit hard, a set of less firm pillows could come in handy. No issues with appliances and water, running smoothly. Fairly well equipped with cutlery and other cooking utensils. Negative: Communication with the hosting team was faulty from the beginning. The apartment was not completely furbished - with e.g. one missing chandelier in the entrance hallway, drapes incompletely put up, light fixtures not working in the storage room (see pics) - which the hosts admitted to us. So basically, despite it not being 100% ready, they placed it for booking, because of "large demand" (manager quoted). We received incomplete Google Maps instructions via WhatsApp on how to reach the exact block in the residential area, as the blocks are not set in sequence and there aren't any displayed instructions throughout the compound. We found the right block by asking some residents who were passing by. The wifi info in the check-in message was wrong, we inquired via WhatsApp, in the same communication thread - and received a blunt answer after more than 2 hours, saying that they would switch this apartment with one from the opposite building (when we had already unpacked, so switching apartments was not convenient for us). Mind you, the hosting team only answered to us on WhatsApp after we had left them a message on Booking. No answer to repeated phone calls also. We could not find plates as they were stored in a more inaccessible cupboard - and also requested this detail. All in all, we managed to get in touch via phone with the manager of the hosting team, after several hours, who explained to us that the wifi password has been changed the same day (but the welcoming message was not updated) and all the details regarding the high demand and how this apartment was the last one they furbished and wasn't completely ready in time for our arrival (why put it up for booking then?!). A cleaning team mistakenly entered our apartment to clean up, when they were supposed to clean the apartment upstairs. Self check-in is convenient, but if issues arise - wait for the hosting team to grace you with sporadic feedback, unless you bring out Booking.

Un sejur linistit cu relaxare multa Positive: Bloc nou. Locatie noua, amenajarea apartamentului cu bun gust, dotare foarte buna. Paturi confortabile. Curatenie ok, este un aparthotel acolo, deci e o echipa intreaga care se ocupa de cazare. Cand mai ajung la Brasov, va fi locatia de unde incep cautarea de cazari Negative: Am ales un apartament cu vedere spre alte blocuri, dar sunt apartamente de unde se vede Tampa foarte frumos
